Your paid registration includes a complete soccer uniform, a soccer ball and end of season trophy in addition to the full season of soccer fun your child will enjoy!

We are unable to assing teams based on practice day requests. Practice schedules are created after registration closes.

Requirements:

A parent or adult guaradian MUST accompany your child to all WUSC practices, games and events.

Water or another beverage must accompany your child to all games and practices.  Carbonated drinks are discouraged.

Shin Guards are mandatory for all practices and games. They can be purchased at sporting goods stores or super stores in a variety of styles. 

Recommendation: 

Cleats are not  required to play. If you choose to purchace cleats we recommend a laced style instead of zippers or velcro. The extra time spent tying them will be worth the added ankle support the laces can offer.  Wide rubber bands for holding the laces in place during practices or games can be found at sporting good stores and super stores.

Refund Policy:

By signing and submitting the registration form, you are indicating your intent for your child to play soccer in the upcoming season.  If for any reason after you have registered your child, you find that your child is unable to play, WUSC will refund your child’s registration fee less a $20 administrative fee when refund requests are received prior to the registration deadline.

Refunds requests made after registration closes are subject to review by the board of directors and additional fees may be assessed depending on the nature of the request and equipment restocking/reordering charges.

Refund requests should include the circumstances surrounding your request and must be submitted in writing.  You may contact our finance officer by email to  info@wuscsoccer.org or by letter to the WUSC mailing address.

 General Season Timeline

After the registration period closes, team assignments are made.

Your child's coach will contact you after they recieve their team rosters to discuss practice schedules. Practice will be for 60-90 minutes,

1-2 times per week depending on age group.

If you have not heard from a WUSC Coach by August 12, please contact the age appropriate director at that time. 

The Rec Directors are unable to provide team information such as specific practice times/days, game schedules, etc. as they are subject to change until registration has concluded.

Game schedules are available in late August. Generally, games begin the Saturday following Labor Day and are weekly for a 10 week season.

 Special Requests

 

You may make requests for carpool, coaches, teammates. on your

child's registration form. 

 

The directors make an honest effort to arrange such requests.  However, we can not guarantee that a request will be

granted due to the volume of requests recieved each season.
